BARRE

Barre is a technique devised from The Lottie Berk Method, a conditioning workout inspired by Ballet and Pilates, with the addition of a Ballet barre.




Designed to tone and sculp your body, with high repetions and small targeted movements, working deep into the muscle layer until the point of fatigue. Don’t panic, a series of stretches will follow to release off and lengthen your muscles. If you want to be stronger, leaner, then discover your dancer physique and meet us at the barre.

We offer 2 levels for our Barre classes. It is advised that you attend at least 10 level 1 classes before you move on to level 2.
