At Core Connection we are proud to offer every new client a free 30 minute 1:1 assessment session, where we will:
- Show you around the studio
- Discuss any medical conditions/injuries
- Identify clients goals
- Short 20-30 minute class to assess technique level

BARRE
Barre is a technique devised from The Lottie Berk Method, a conditioning workout inspired by Ballet and Pilates, with the addition of a Ballet barre.
Designed to tone and sculp your body, with high repetions and small targeted movements, working deep into the muscle layer until the point of fatigue. Don’t panic, a series of stretches will follow to release off and lengthen your muscles. If you want to be stronger, leaner, then discover your dancer physique and meet us at the barre.
We offer 2 levels for our Barre classes. It is advised that you attend at least 10 level 1 classes before you move on to level 2.
PILATES
Pilates is a Mind and Body Conditioning Workout.
Pilates trains the body to move in new, effective ways, in order to promote ideal posture for healthy spines. It aims to improve muscle recruitment patterns, restoring good postural alignment, along with strengthening the core muscles and surrounding joints.
No matter what age, you can enjoy a Pilates class.
At Core Connection, we teach Pilates at different levels, Beginners, Improver/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced. Classes are limited to 8 clients to ensure that you can get the most out of each session.

PILATES
Pilates is a mind and body conditioning technique. It's aim is to improve muscle recruitment patterns, restoring good postural alignment, along with strengthening the core muscles and surrounding joints. Pilates trains the body to move in new and effective ways, in order to promote ideal posture and healthy spines. You can be any age to enjoy a Pilates class. At Core Connection Studio we teach Pilates at Beginner, Improver/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced levels. It is advised that those clients who are new to Pilates join a Beginners class first to learn the fundamentals.
HIGH INTENSITY POWER PILATES
Step off the mat with this high intensity workout. A challenging and flowing Pilates class that will have you mastering dynamic sequencing.

CARDIO BARRE
You love the Barre and want to take it to the next level, then Cardio Barre may just be the thing for you. The framework of a Barre class without the addition of a Ballet Barre. It will test your balance, endurance and have you reaching for a sweat towel!
